Blocked and Difficult Passable Roads in Armenia
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of March 2 at 22:30, there are blocked and difficult passable roads in the territory of Armenia.
The Vardenyats Pass and the Berd-Jambarak road in Tavush province are closed.
The Goris-Sisi road section of the Yerevan-Meghri route is open for all types of vehicles.
The Karmir Pass is difficult to pass.
There are areas with black ice on intercommunity roads in the Syunik province, such as in the regions of Chkunk and Dzoraglukh in Aragatsotn province, Araji-Vardenut, Kuchak-Tsakhkashen, and in the Ashotsk region of Shirak province.
Fog is present in the city of Goris and in the area known as "Meghru Mountain" in Syunik province.
There is a snowstorm in the Aragats region of Aragatsotn province and in the Ashotsk region of Shirak province.
Snow is falling in the Aragats region of Aragatsotn province.
Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.
