A resident of Yekaterinburg exited from the windows of a 9-story building and dangled at that height. This was reported by НТВ. The news outlet did not clarify whether the man had intended to jump or was simply hanging and fell.

According to the report, two residents of the building were able to hold the falling man in the air until rescuers arrived.

However, at the last moment, as the rescuers were reaching out to help, the man's hands slipped, and he fell.
