Two Individuals Face Arrest Threat: "Hraparak"
According to the newspaper "Hraparak," "In recent days, at least two individuals face the threat of arrest: Zarzand Grigoryan, the mayor of Arshaluys village, and Aram Simonian, the rector of Yerevan State University. These two individuals have decided to fight back and not resign, and old criminal mechanisms are being used against them.
Yesterday, we were told that if the rector does not resign, he will be dismissed during the board meeting on Thursday, and criminal proceedings will be initiated. The same applies to the mayor of Arshaluys; if he does not resign tomorrow, he may be arrested and end up in prison."
