Attempted Robbery at Armavir Regional Administration

SHAMSHYAN.com reports that on February 15, an unidentified individual or individuals attempted to rob the Armavir Regional Administration.

In the early morning, a 60-year-old resident of Sardarapat village, Haik Poghosyan, approached the Armavir police department and reported that between 8:00 PM on February 14 and 9:00 AM on February 15, an unknown person or persons took advantage of the unlocked back door of the building. They damaged the lock on the door of office number 208, entered inside, but were unable to complete the crime due to unforeseen circumstances.

According to G. Shamshyan, the office targeted was part of the financial and socioeconomic development department of the Armavir Regional Administration. Police materials are currently being prepared in the investigation department of the Armavir police regarding the incident.

According to G. Shamshyan, the leading specialist of the department, 45-year-old Lusine Zakaryan, has reported the incident to the police, while Haik Poghosyan works as a security guard at the Armavir Regional Administration.
