“Is the Minister of Health preparing to make a surprise visit to any hospital with a live broadcast? If he hasn’t decided which hospital yet, I can say it will be a surprise even for the minister. He should go directly to the Sovietashen psychiatric hospital, see the unsanitary conditions and inhumane treatment of patients. I am very surprised that the minister has not addressed the problems of psychiatric institutions until now. This is one of the urgent issues that requires immediate resolution.”
