Drivers are advised to travel in the regions exclusively with winter tires.
According to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
Information from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations' North Ossetia branch indicates that there are accumulated vehicles on the Russian side.
