Turkey is a Hostile State, Says Israeli Minister
Israeli Minister for Diaspora Affairs Amichai Chikli stated in an interview with i24 News that Turkey can no longer be considered a partner of Israel and should be viewed as a "hostile state."
Chikli called for a complete severing of diplomatic relations between Israel and Turkey, emphasizing that the potential presence of Turkish troops in Gaza could lead to a direct confrontation between the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and the Turkish Armed Forces.
According to the Israeli minister, two Sunni camps have emerged in the Middle East: "one is the radical Islamist bloc formed by Turkey, Qatar, and the current authorities in Syria; the other is led by Bahrain, Morocco, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Jordan."
Chikli highlighted that Turkey has currently positioned itself within the "radical camp," posing a threat to regional stability.
