Receiving and Using Pension and Benefits Cashlessly is Beneficial: Arsen Torosyan
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Arsen Torosyan, has released a video on his social media page addressing various speculations regarding receiving pensions and benefits in a cashless manner.
"Certain circles are spreading claims that starting from January 1, it will no longer be possible to cash out benefits and pensions from bank cards, which is a blatant lie. Yes, it is possible to do so, but we do not encourage it. Because if you engage in cashless transactions, you can receive a refund, effectively increasing your pensions and benefits by up to 20% but not exceeding 10,000 drams. Therefore, receiving and using pensions and benefits cashlessly is also beneficial," said the minister.
