Paris Develops New Nuclear Deterrence Strategy, Macron

He emphasized that this is not about expanding nuclear arsenals, but rather revising them within the context of a new geopolitical reality.
The French leader stated that a speech regarding the country's future nuclear policy is expected to take place in early 2026.
