No Chance of Winning: Trump on the Russia-Ukraine Conflict

U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that Ukraine, being in a purely defensive position, is not in a position to win in its conflict with Russia. He made the relevant comments in a post on Truth Social.

The American leader once again accused his predecessor, Joe Biden, of "corruption and ineptitude," stating that Washington has "allowed Ukraine to only defend itself, rather than to counterattack." According to Trump, "it is very difficult, if not impossible, to win a conflict without attacking."

"There is no chance of winning," he said, comparing Ukraine to a sports team that is "not allowed to play offensively."
