Mr. President, if you keep well, I won’t say anything. Pence to Zelensky
US Vice President J. D. Pence, who previously engaged in a public dispute with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that he made a joke about him during their meeting at the White House, according to RIA Novosti.
“When President Zelensky entered the Oval Office, I spoke with President Donald Trump and some senior members of the Ukrainian delegation. I told the Ukrainian president, ‘Mr. President, if you keep well, I won’t say anything.’ He just smiled. It was a nice way to break the ice,” the US vice president said.
