Trump to Increase Maximum Pressure on Iran
The administration of U.S. President Donald Trump has announced plans to completely halt Iranian oil exports to China as part of its campaign to exert 'maximum pressure' on Tehran.
'The Trump administration is determined to reduce Iran's oil exports to zero in order to hold the Iranian regime accountable for its destabilizing activities,' the Pentagon statement reads.
There has been no response from the Iranian Foreign Ministry regarding this announcement.
