Difficult to Qualify as a Leader's Speech: Peskov
French President Emmanuel Macron's recent statements suggest that France is contemplating the continuation of the war in Ukraine. This was announced by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president.
"It is difficult to perceive this speech as that of a leader who is thinking about peace. From Macron's words, it can be concluded that France is thinking more about war and the continuation of the conflict," said Peskov.
Peskov also noted that Russia has never posed a threat, as Macron mentioned in his speech, to France or Europe.
