They Are Refinancing What They Stole: Zakharova
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, reacted immediately after hearing the words of Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal, noting that the amount proposed by Kyiv for Ukraine's recovery coincides with their accumulated debt.
“In the next 10 years, Ukraine will need $524 billion for its recovery, which is exactly what is required. A remarkable coincidence, they are refinancing what they stole,” wrote Zakharova.
