Lukashenko Comments on Armenia's Absence at CSTO Meeting
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko commented on the absence of the Armenian delegation during his speech at the CSTO Collective Security Council meeting. This was reported by BELTA.
"Today, I have the honor to speak first, since our Armenian colleagues are not participating in the meeting; by the way, this characterizes the current geopolitical situation in the region and to some extent also in our organization," Lukashenko stated.
Usually, at the summit, the leaders of the CSTO speak in alphabetical order based on the first letters of the countries’ names. Thus, in the case of Armenia's presence, the representative would have spoken first.
