Protesters Continue Demonstrations in Tbilisi
The situation in central Tbilisi remains tense. Protesters have once again blocked Chavchavadze Avenue. Local media report that protesters are preparing to spend the night near the first building of Tbilisi State University and are restoring their tent camp that was in place until this morning.
It is worth recalling that opposition parties in Georgia do not recognize the results of the elections held at the end of October, claiming they were rigged. Last weekend, the Central Election Commission of Georgia confirmed the election results, which, according to official data, were won by the ruling 'Georgian Dream' party.
