Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Issues Statement
Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has responded to the International Court of Justice's decisions announced yesterday. According to Baku, Azerbaijan is confident that the examination of evidence will show that there has been no violation of international law concerning racial discrimination.
"It should also be noted that the international court is not the only legal platform where Azerbaijan has filed a claim against Armenia. Azerbaijan is presenting its case in other international legal forums as well, seeking compensation and financial reparations for a number of violations of international law by Armenia, including the destruction of environmental and energy infrastructure during the occupation," stated officials from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
