The issue of Nagorno-Karabakh has been resolved by the leadership of Armenia. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
“In 2020, Armenia recognized the borders established in 1991, when Nagorno-Karabakh was part of Azerbaijan. Now, discussions are underway on how to legally formalize this political agreement. In this regard, we are collaborating with Turkey, which has significant influence in Azerbaijan,” Lavrov noted.
