Vahan Kyerobyan Seeks to Accompany His Son Accepted to a U.S. University; Court Denies Travel Request
Former Minister of Economics Vahan Kyerobyan's son has been accepted to a university in the United States. Kyerobyan wishes to accompany his son there and return to Armenia.
The prosecution objected to the motion, arguing that the selected measure of restraint should be maintained, asserting a high probability that Kyerobyan might leave and not return.
The Anti-Corruption Court, presided by Judge Mery Mosinyan, rejected the motion.
