Yerevan Ararat Brandy Factory Representative Issues Clarification
The representative of the Yerevan Ararat Brandy Factory, Zara Saribekyan, wrote: “Last night, Belarusian media published a decision from the ‘Regional Center for Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health of Gomel,’ according to which the Belarusian Ministry of Health is banning the import of products from the ‘Ararat Brandy Factory.’ This decision of the Belarusian Ministry of Health pertains to the Ararat Brandy Factory located in the city of Ararat, which has no relation to the Yerevan Brandy Factory, situated on the banks of the Hrazdan Gorge in the capital, and the ARARAT brandy produced by that company.” It is worth noting that we previously reported that the sale of products from the Ararat Brandy Factory has been banned in Belarus.
