Armenian Electric Networks Fined 20 Million Dram
The Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia has imposed a fine of 20 million dram on the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA).
The company was penalized for violating the connection deadlines for the electricity distribution network. An analysis conducted by the Public Services Regulatory Commission during the first three quarters of 2023 revealed that in several instances, the connection deadlines for electricity distribution systems were violated, directly impacting the rights or legal interests of a group of applicants (consumers).
