Powers Commission Rejects MTS in Armenia
The Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) has rejected the application from MTS to restructure its business in Armenia. The decision was based on the conclusion of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia, which noted that since it had previously approved the request for the sale of MTS Armenia's shares, it would not endorse this new application.
