I Advised Gathering Evidence Regarding Coercion to Attend the Rally: Arsen Babayan
The director of the school in the 3rd district has approached me, as a lawyer, seeking advice on what can be done when the regional administrations force the school's staff to participate in a pre-election rally organized by the ruling political force in Yerevan. This was reported by lawyer Arsen Babayan.
“The directors are particularly interested in how they can protect the rights of their employees when an official from the regional administration threatens punishment if the teaching staff does not participate in the rally. I have provided them with legal advice, during which I also suggested gathering evidence regarding the coercion to attend the rally, such as recordings, etc. P.S. Don't eavesdrop on the directors' phones; they are contacting me through secure means,” he wrote.
