Russian Citizens Banned from Entering EU with Personal Smartphones and Vehicles
Russian citizens are prohibited from entering European Union countries with personal smartphones, vehicles, and cosmetics. This information was reported by RBC, citing new clarifications from the European Commission.
According to the clarification, regardless of whether the transport is used for private or commercial purposes, it can be seized. It is worth noting that the Russian embassy in Berlin advises its citizens to refrain from importing vehicles with Russian license plates into Germany. Customs officials do not consider that the vehicles are private property and are used for personal purposes.
Russian citizens are advised to contact local consulates in case of any issues.
