Necessary Amount of Flour Fully Delivered to Bread Production Facilities: Artsakh Ministry of Social Development and Migration
The Ministry of Social Development and Migration of Artsakh informs citizens that on September 7, bread will be sold in Stepanakert with coupon number 3.
"Citizens who were unable to use coupons number 1 and 2 designated for September 5 and 6 can also purchase bread using these coupons on September 7," the statement said.
The ministry reports that a necessary amount of flour has been fully delivered to the bread production facilities.
