Colonel Invited for Interrogation and Confrontation in Vachagan Ghazaryan Case

The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports that the National Security Service has recently summoned Colonel Koryun Yeghiazaryan, the commander of the N military unit of the "Mountainous Armenia" sanatorium, for questioning and confrontation.

Recall that Colonel Koryun Yeghiazaryan is more widely known for his involvement during the revolution of 2018, where he, along with MP Arakel Movsisyan (Shmays), was engaged in the "protection" of Argavand. They resisted any change of power, ensuring that those walking in the streets would not come to power.

Yeghiazaryan has been invited for questioning not for that act, but for a different reason.

The newspaper notes that he is being interrogated and confronted in connection with the criminal case initiated against Vachagan Ghazaryan, the head of security for Serzh Sargsyan and the commander of the Police Special Forces.
