Russia Ready for Dialogue on Resolution of Ukrainian Conflict, Says Patrushev
Russia is ready for dialogue on the resolution of the Ukrainian conflict, but it is necessary to encourage Kyiv's Western curators to engage in negotiations. This was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Patrushev, during a meeting with high representatives of the BRICS countries in Johannesburg, at a conference of officials responsible for security issues (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa).
“I want to emphasize that Russia is ready for dialogue, as it has said many times, but it is necessary to encourage negotiations exclusively by the Western curators of the Kyiv regime, which has forbidden itself to negotiate with our country,” Patrushev said.
