Azerbaijan Will Launch Major Operations in Two Cases: Abrahamyan
“There is a large propaganda campaign underway in Azerbaijan to start a new operation against Artsakh, which is directed at both domestic and external audiences,” noted Tigran Abrahamyan, the secretary of the parliamentary faction ‘I Have Honor.’
What is hinted at by Azerbaijan suggests the implementation of certain limited operations, attacks against military objects, and it is not excluded that there may also be attempts to gain control over certain strategic heights.
Azerbaijan is waiting for the peak of the crisis caused by the blockade of Artsakh, while also wanting to realistically assess the possible international consequences of its actions.
According to Abrahamyan, Azerbaijan will launch major operations in two interconnected scenarios: first, if it receives silent consent from major international players; and second, if it embarks on adventures without considering the potential reactions of those same players. However, in this second scenario, the consequences remain uncalculated.
