Due to the disaster at the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant, water has brought uprooted houses, furniture, and ammunition to the shores of Odesa. This information has been reported by the Ukrainian Border Guard Service.

"The water is also bringing mines and munitions. We urge citizens not to ignore their own safety and to contact the competent authorities if they discover dangerous items," the ministry's statement said.

There are numerous videos on the internet showing residents rescuing animals from the water, which have been swept away by the Dnieper's current.
