Ajapnyak Station to Be Built, Says Tigran Avinyan
The first phase of the design work for the Ajapnyak station is complete. This was announced by Yerevan's Deputy Mayor Tigran Avinyan on his Facebook page.
“The full project for the station will be ready by the end of the year, and construction will take four years. The construction of the Ajapnyak station will increase metro passenger transport by about 20% and will be the first significant step towards the expansion of the metro system.
Dear residents of Ajapnyak, dear Yerevanites, despite all skeptics, the Ajapnyak station will be built,” Avinyan wrote.
