40% of Residents in Odesa Still Without Electricity
40% of residents in Odesa are still without electricity, announced Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. Since February 4, electricity has been supplied to over 200,000 subscribers, including important infrastructure. 280,000 consumers remain without electricity.
In Odesa and the Odesa region, electricity will be supplied several times a day for two hours, reports РБК-Украина.
