For the past three days, Azerbaijani provocateurs have blocked the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia and the rest of the world. Additionally, Artsakh has been deprived of full gas supply for the past two days. This is a gross violation of human rights. Azerbaijan aims to create a humanitarian disaster in Artsakh, which is facing an immediate threat of food, energy, and overall humanitarian crisis. If the situation is not normalized, it could lead to disaster.
