The Azerbaijanis are the Nation from Whom Anything is Expected, Says Shurnukh Village Head
The school in the village of Shurnukh in the Syunik region is under the sight of Azerbaijanis, who can observe the school through binoculars. Shurnukh village head Hakob Arshakyan told 'Factinfo' that despite this, the school operates normally, and the children continue to attend classes.
Arshakyan noted that life in the village continues in a normal way. Following the Azerbaijani aggression on September 13, residents were temporarily evacuated for a few hours, but they have since returned to the village and are living their daily lives.
When asked about the mood of the villagers and their concerns, Hakob Arshakyan responded, 'Only a mindless person is not afraid; anyone who is aware of what is happening understands that they are separated from Azerbaijan by just one street, and naturally, there are worries. The Azerbaijanis are the nation from whom anything is expected.'
