Sanosyan Appeals to Russian Ambassador Regarding Situation in Lars
The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, Gnel Sanosyan, received a delegation led by Sergey Kopirkin, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Armenia.
The minister welcomed the ambassador and praised the effective cooperation with Russia in various sectors. During the meeting, issues related to the development of infrastructure, energy, transportation, and mining industries, as well as inter-regional cooperation, were discussed. In particular, several questions regarding cooperation in the field of nuclear energy were considered.
The situation created at the Lars checkpoint was also discussed. The minister asked the ambassador to assist in this matter and to keep the issue in focus, as its seriousness is expected to increase due to upcoming weather changes.
Other matters of mutual interest were also addressed during the discussions.
