VIDEO: 'One cannot choose to attend a meeting or not at will,' says Alen Simonyan
I'm inclined to apply to the National Assembly Council regarding depriving the opposition of their mandates, National Assembly President Alen Simonyan said during a Q&A session with journalists in parliament.
"In general, there is no decision. I am talking about my inclination. I believe that one cannot choose to attend a meeting or not at will," said Alen Simonyan.
