Ararat Mirzoyan: Armenia Believes That the Border with Turkey Should Be Opened
“Like in the past 25-30 years, today Armenia believes that the border with Turkey should be opened and that diplomatic relations should be established between the two countries without any preconditions,” stated Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during a joint press conference in Yerevan with Alexander Schallenberg, the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs of Austria. He noted that this expectation is what led Armenia to engage in the dialogue process.”
