The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, delivered a closing speech during yesterday's session of the National Assembly. President Harutyunyan addressed the work accomplished in 2021, as well as the mid-term expenditure programs for 2022-2025.
According to the president, the most significant issue facing Artsakh has been and remains demographics, and the goal of all upcoming programs in the coming years will be to improve the demographic situation.
