Kopirkin on the '3+3' Format
The Russian Ambassador to Armenia, Sergey Kopirkin, believes that the Foreign Ministry's statement clearly reflects Russia's attitude towards the regional '3+3' format as a platform for discussing issues of interest to all countries involved.
“The added value of this format lies in providing an opportunity for exchanging opinions on issues that concern all the countries in the region. The diplomat noted that this format serves as yet another direction and platform for Armenian-Russian cooperation,” he stated.
