If There are Grounds for Criminal Prosecution of Prisoners, It Should Be Conducted: Yeghishe Kirakosyan
Yeghishe Kirakosyan, the representative of Armenia in the European Court of Human Rights, stated that if there are grounds for criminal prosecution of prisoners, it should indeed be carried out.
"Legal processes are underway independently of our work; if there are certain grounds for criminal prosecution, it should happen," he said during a meeting with journalists.
He emphasized that, in any case, they continue to carry out their duties, stating, "I don't think anything is hindering our work here," Kirakosyan noted.
