Nikol Pashinyan Issues Statement
“As evident as it is that our agenda's priorities are linked to external challenges, I must state that the quality of these local government elections, where the citizen is the Master and the Decider, is a long-held dream come true. I understand the viewpoint that it would be better if elections were rigged but we had a higher level of security, yet my conviction has been, is, and will be that it is precisely the long-standing practice of election fraud that has eroded the state resilience system established in the early 90s and led to cascading security disasters. The state and state institutions must be the guarantee of our Future,” the statement from Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan reads.
