OSCE Chair Calls on Bayramov to Continue De-escalation
The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Sweden's Minister for Foreign Affairs Ann Linde, has held a telephone conversation with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov to discuss recent developments in the region. The official posted about this on her Twitter account.
"I urged to continue the de-escalation. I reiterated support for the process through the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and my personal representative," noted the OSCE Chairperson.
It should be reminded that on November 16, around 13:00, Azerbaijani military units launched an attack on Armenian positions located in that area of the border. The adversary also used artillery, armored vehicles, and small arms of various calibers.
