“Azerbaijani Media Enthusiastically Quotes Nikol and Alen”: Gagik Hambaryan
Political scientist Gagik Hambaryan wrote on his Facebook page: “Azerbaijani media is enthusiastically quoting Nikol and Alen. The Azerbaijani press actively cites Nikol’s ‘ramblings’ made during today’s National Assembly session, claiming that the Vorotan is under Aivazli's control. The Azerbaijani media has also accepted with great joy the pro-Azerbaijani ‘mumbling’ of National Assembly President Alen regarding the Armenian ombudsman’s data on the inhumane treatment of Armenian prisoners in Azerbaijan, labelling it as fake.
It turns out that the so-called actions and declarations of the Armenian leadership coincide with Azerbaijan's interests, as vividly evidenced by the active quotes from Aliyev’s media attributed to Nikol and Alen, which align entirely with Baku's interests. It is not excluded that these so-called statements by Nikol and Alen might be used by Baku to spread falsehoods against us in international forums and organizations.
Just a year ago, certain activists shamelessly accused the opposition of being cited in Azerbaijan’s media. Well, traitorous scoundrels, what do you have to say now, when your leaders have become the most quoted heroes of Aliyev’s pocket anti-Armenian media, whose brilliant ideas coincide with Azerbaijan's national interests...?”
