Head of the Penitentiary Service Dismissed from Office
On September 3, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decree stating: “In accordance with Article 9, Part 7 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Arthur Goyunyans has been relieved of his duties as the Acting Head of the Penitentiary Service.”
