Azerbaijan's Bayramov: 'Armenia Must End Such Irresponsible Behavior and Fulfill Its Obligations'
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, discussed the escalations at the border with Armenia with the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar. This was reported by the Azerbaijani service of Sputnik News.
Klaar expressed concern regarding the recent incidents, while Bayramov informed his counterpart that Azerbaijan is not interested in border tensions and supports the diplomatic resolution of issues. He emphasized, 'Armenia must end such irresponsible behavior and fulfill its obligations.'
Bayramov and Klaar also exchanged views on the implementation of trilateral statements and the current situation in the region.
