Uzbekistan Does Not Discuss Returning to CSTO: Asadov
Uzbekistan is not discussing the issue of returning to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and has not received an invitation from the member states of the organization, the country's presidential press secretary Sherzod Asadov stated on Monday.
“We have not received an offer to join the CSTO. Moreover, it is prohibited by our law to establish military bases and join such organizations,” Asadov said during a press briefing.
