Just moments ago, Boris Avagyan, the Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of Artsakh, signed his resignation document at one of the cafés in Yerevan. He handed over his uniform and weapon.
Notably, the resignation of Boris Avagyan was facilitated by officials from the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Yerevan.
