Another Body Found in the Varanda (Fizuli) Region
As a result of search operations conducted today in the Varanda (Fizuli) region, which is outside the control of Artsakh, another body has been discovered. This information is reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Artsakh.
The rescuers of Artsakh have evacuated the body of a Armenian serviceman (either a volunteer or reserve officer) and handed it over to the Bureau of Forensic Examination in Stepanakert, from where it will be transferred to Armenia with the aim of determining his identity.
Thus, since the cessation of military operations, a total of 1543 bodies have been discovered or transferred to the Armenian side from territories now under Azerbaijani control.
