The hearing has commenced in the Administrative Court regarding the case of former Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Onik Gasparyan, against the Prime Minister and President of Armenia. This was reported by aysor.am.
Judge Mher Petrosyan, after listening to the parties, decided to conduct the hearing in an open session. Onik Gasparyan’s interests are represented in court by attorney Aram Orbelyan, while Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is represented by Tatevik Sarukhanyan. The representative of the President of Armenia did not appear at the court session.
Today's hearing will discuss the motion filed by the Prime Minister's representative regarding the removal of the claim's security measure.
It is notable that the Administrative Court of Armenia, under the chairmanship of Judge Mher Petrosyan, has granted the lawyer's motion for the application of security measures in the case of Onik Gasparyan, which required the suspension of Onik Gasparyan's dismissal until a final judicial act on the matter is established.
