I Congratulate Aliyev. Azerbaijan Restored Historical Justice by Returning Karabakh, Says Uzbekistan’s President

The official Tashkent has expressed interest in the restoration of historical monuments damaged in Karabakh, stated Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

“Taking this opportunity, I once again congratulate the president of Azerbaijan, the esteemed Ilham Heydarovich Aliyev, and the Azerbaijani people on the return of the territories of Nagorno-Karabakh and the restoration of historical justice. Uzbekistan is ready to contribute to the restoration of the ancient monuments and cultural objects of Nagorno-Karabakh,” said Mirziyoyev during the Turkic Council summit.

Additionally, Mirziyoyev proposed developing a strategy for economic cooperation as part of strengthening economic ties.
