Three-Year-Old Boy and 18-Year-Old Girl Injured in Shengavit Fire Discharged from Hospital
Yesterday, residents injured in a fire that broke out in Yerevan's Nork Shengavit received medical assistance and were discharged from the hospital, according to the Ministry of Health of Armenia.
One of the injured is a three-year-old boy and the other is an 18-year-old girl.
It is recalled that emergency rescue workers evacuated ten residents from the affected building. Among them was a resident of a neighboring apartment, Hasmik H. (born in 1957), who was found unconscious in the entrance. The injured individual was hospitalized at Shengavit Medical Center, where they unfortunately passed away without regaining consciousness.
The fire broke out in one of the apartments of building number 1 on Shahamiryan Street in Nork Shengavit. Further details are being clarified.
